Warm or cold water. I dry mine on delicate only because it provides the best wrinkle free drying, but they are tough pants and would do fine on the regular cycle. Quality pants, they wash and dry well. **Q: Is the item durable?** A: I have owned two pairs of these pants and am now replacing one pair due to a tear from a very sharp edge not a defect in the pant. I have owned these two pair since 2016 and wear them at least 4 times a week. They virtually look new in terms of stitching and fabric wear. Excellent quality and durability. Fit is excellent as well with the forgiving expandable waist (great for concealed carry use as well). Would definitely recommend. **Q: How big are the belt loops? 1.75"?** A: The belt loops are slightly larger than 1.75". I'm using a nice stiff spec op brand better BDU belt 1.75" the perfect fit. **Q: Which color is most similar to tan, coyote brown or khaki?** A: I've seen the coyote brown recently in store i'd say its a dark tan . while the khaki is almost a cream like color . ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ New improved taclights .. There are enough pockets without going over the top.. The durability is second to non and very light weight.. The size did come up a little bigger than I'd have liked I've had 42" waist and leg before for just a little added movement in them and found the seat was a little bigger than I expected so order to exact size specs.. I'll definitely be buying these again.. Very smart durable and suits my every need for a good all round year trouser.. Ideal for hot environments. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid trousers, extremely tough, well fitting and utilitarian *by A***N on 24 November 2022* Brought for work extremely good piece of kit, ripstop material that has a teflon water resistant coating, parts of the waist are elasticated and lots of useful pockets (especially if you work in factory's/warehouses and those kind of jobs) they're also very good fitting and quite cool, probably would be good for a hike in them too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Kit *by A***Y on 31 October 2015* I have been wearing 5.11 trousers for a number of years. I like the cargo style as I carry a lot of stuff in my pockets and plenty of pockets mean the kit can be spread across more pockets leading to no unsightly bulges. I have these trousers made in two different materials: Teclite and cotton. Teclite is better for me as the rain tends to run off them even after 20 plus washes, so it must be something about the material rather than a coating, which usually are washed out within a few washes. The other attraction is that these trousers are so tough. They will last for years and still look good. This is my 6th pair and I have a 7th on order, which speaks volumes.
