Just really don’t like house brand remanufacturing Hope this helps others out. I don’t see parts suppliers improving…so this is my logic for keeping my truck on the road.. Pics of new one, pics of old one. For perfectly. Never grind ears down. Tap the spacers towards the front of the truck once you pry old alt out. Then new alt slips in easy. Tightening the two bolts will bring spacers back tight against alt. It’s a great system! Chevy built great drivelines in 2000-2006.
