If your girth is under 6.5" and you have never done any ball stretching before, I think this item may cause frustration as the bigger rings will probably feel too loose and the arrangement of the individual ball rings could pose a serious challenge to maintaining a comfortable and lasting experience. Curiously enough, it seems that all of the interior ring measurements of CalExotic's "regular" ball spreader are identical to this item. The only difference between them appears to be that the ball rings on the "regular" version are diagonally positioned for what looks like a modest spread, while on this item, the ball rings are positioned horizontally, resulting in quite a dramatic separation. This item seems to cater particularly to those with truly huge, low-hanging testicles. I personally couldn't be happier with the Big Man's Ball Spreader. With that being said:For reference, my measurements are about 9.5" x 7.5", with the Width x Depth x Height of each testicle measuring about 2" x 2" x 3.5".
