Initially, I had issues with the mop handle, for which I sent a mail to the company regarding the same. They sorted the thing quickly and sent me another handle. Later the microfiber cloth worn out, maybe after 3-4 use. I started using the refill sent with the product. Even the other one wore out in 3-4 uses. I had mailed them regarding the same, and I received a reply stating there is no availability of the microfiber cloth & the condition of the cloth may have been due to improper installation. I was like really ? Improper installation ? that to twice? Its not even six months hardly using this product if one needs to but the refill every 6months what's the point in buying it. I think The product is a total failure, its parts are to weak. I would request customers kindly think before one buy this thing.
