Do you have to take the existing lug nuts off, or do they go over?** A: You have to take off 1/2 of the lug nuts. The other half slip over. **Q: Are these a set of 4 ?** A: All of them coming set of 4 16" and 19 " Check your fit **Q: What years do they fit I have a 2016** A: They will fit as long as you order the right size for your rims 16 or 19.5 inch. You do need a big socket or just take them to your local tire store mine, les swabs put them on for free. I do buy all my tires from them. **Q: will these fit a 2015 Hino 195 ?** A: SS-1954-IM2 is specifically for an Isuzu 19.5"x6" wheel with a 6 on 222mm lug pattern. My system has a definition of "##*SIMULATOR, SET, 19.5" X 6" 6 LUG, 41MM LUG FITS TOPY WHEEL 127, 10TCS/ACCURIDE ISUZU/CHEV/GMC" . It will not fit anything other than this. Most SIM sets are best fit by getting the wheel number off the actual wheel itself. This will insure the best fit. If not calling a dealer or manufacturer directly and giving them ALL of your wheel information, make/model, wheel size, bolt pattern, and hand hole is the other way to get a perfect fit, and not waste money. The OEM rims get rusty and scratched after a year or so and start to bring the overall look of the truck down. These simulators make the truck look brand new again (2017 pictured). These were cheap compared to the others but I can't see how you could get much better. I just ordered more. I wish I had before pics but I will post before and afters on the next review when they arrive and I install them.
