Likely the water is attaching itself to something on your walls, ceiling and floors so that when the water gets pulled into the hanging bag, the tiny particles go with it - thus discoloring the water. Plus, the bathroom fan was broken for about a year. So about a year ago, i noticed that there was mold growing up on those pants I never wear in the corner of the closet.
