Very easy to install - just replace the standard seatpost with the Thudbuster and move the saddle over. Adjusting the saddle tilt is easy with the dual adjustment bolts. The best thing is the way it works when you're riding. The Thudbuster smooths out the bumps and makes a road bike with no built-in suspension ride much smoother overall. This is not a replacement for a full-suspension bike, because obviously the front forks are not affected, so you still get shocks and road vibration through the handlebars. But, it does give a much smoother ride on the seat, and bumps from the back wheel are largely eliminated. The product ships with 3 elastomers of various firmness, so you can tune the ride harder or softer depending on your weight and personal preference. The construction is high-quality, and it doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. Overall a good product, and I would recommend it. The only downside is the price, but this is a quality product, and you do get what you pay for. Very happy with the product although I have ridden my bike much since I have fitted it, so will have to see how it performs in the long term. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ST not LT *by 7***Y on 20 May 2016* This is the ST not the LT as in the item title but the description IS for the ST. The ST has the rectangle insert not the cylindrical that comes with the LT so hope that clarifies what you are buying. Its an excellent bit of kit and does what its meant to do. It comes with 3 x elastomers, the rectangle rubber insert that forms the suspension according to your weight. Simply unscrew the allen keys, remove a side and insert the correct elastomer for your weight. The only downside to note is due to the suspension part of this post it adds height to the post.
