Another issue though: no matter how hot the water is, the powder never fully dissolves. The 'soluble coffee' for both is 18%. The cappuccino I prefer and expected to receive (and which only appears to be available directly from Australia) has fewer carbs, less fat, and a little more protein. A major difference is that the one I prefer has 45% Australian ingredients vs. 10% Australian ingredients in this one. The taste is completely different. **Q: Is there a lot of foam?** A: There is some foam.
