I fell in love with the design and ordered two. I had one shipped to me and one shipped to my friend who lives 5 hours away in another state. It's a beautiful cup we both love. My favorite thing about it is that it doesn't get hot like most ceramic cups on the outside. It stays cool, even with no handle. My only downside is that I don't like the infuser. The rounded bottom moves a lot on the lid/coaster. I wish the bottom was flattened so it would stay put where I sit it. It won't keep me from buying another though! The basket is way too shallow to allow for the proper tea to water ratio for the size of the mug. What you end up with is a very tall mug of tea flavored water. Comes with 3 peices, the mug itself, the basket, and a top ceramic lid. One downfall is that the item seems to be a ceramic-type of material and the heat of the tea quickly transfers to the mug so its hard to hold without some protective layer.
