But i found they were even better than my normal fins. They are much lighter. The propulsion is the same as my much larger fins. My legs do not get as tired and something I didn’t consider is I am much easier to spot in a group when scuba diving. I use the fins for both scuba and snorkeling. I have lost count on how much I have used them over the last 2 years, but I estimate it is well over 50 times. Did not intend for them to replace my larger fins, but that is exactly what happened.Also I don’t use my booties anymore because they will not fit in these fins, I use water socks instead. I recommend using socks because the only time I used these without socks is the only time they ever slipped off.I also love these because they are easy to slip on and off. When getting back on the boat I take them off and climb the ladder with them rather than hand them to the dive master/deck hand. The weight and straps are a huge positive factor here. Putting them on and taking them off when on the beach is so much easier the my other fins as well. Two snaps and I am ready to go.After 2 years and many, many uses, my fins are still in excellent condition and look great.Also, if you take the fins off in the water they do not just sink to the bottom or float to the top.
