Can you give the dimensions of the cars so I can look for some replacement cars?** A: Yes! But DO NOT order from the "Magic Tracks Store!" Everything is "out of stock" and "customer service" is a joke. You can't even cancel an order! Magic Tracks track and cars are interchangeable with Twister Tracks, Neo Tracks, Super Snap Speedway, and Build-A-Road, so there are a LOT of cars and tracks available! There are some interesting accessory sets available too.I was in a hobby shop for twenty years and did many reviews of toy and hobby items for local newspapers and TV. All of these items are made in China and are aimed at the "throw away" toy market. At $19.95 for a one car set you get good play value, beyond that price it's up to you if this toy is worth it. Shop around! **Q: What brings in the box** A: Lol - in our box were a lot of really great track pieces ... and a totally useless car that did not work. We got another set where the car worked fine. We did not purchase through Amazon for these, unfortunately. The tracks are wonderful, but I've found dozens of other reviews saying the cars don't work at all, or stop working within hours or days. A friend yesterday recommended getting the Mindscope Neon Glow Twister Tracks cars to go with the Magic Trax (since they don't sell cars separately for Magic Trax). She said those cars work great on the Magic Trax. **Q: How come within 1 hour we have had to replace the batteries twice and they are name brand batteries, not cheap ones. Is there something wrong with it** A: I also faced issues with batteries. I use 3 AAA Duracell batteries, but they hardly last for few hours. I turn car off, still it seems it sucks the battery. Overall its great but due to batteries issue, its not not so good. **Q: couild i get extra tracks** A: you could contact the manufacturer directly. My 3 yr old daughter had so much fun playing with it too that we’re buying another one for her. The tracks click in very easily and can be arranged however you like. The car runs by itself along the track, no remote control needed. They do make another version with a remote control car and the kids loved that as well. I made the mistake of buying one of each version however and they fought over who got to use the remote control car.
