When I wrote to them explaining the apparent design-defect with a request to improve it, to my surprise the company immediately initiated CRM and not only replaced the canister for free completely at their cost, they were also very polite and receptive to the suggestions. Now I am a Airwick fan and will not consider any other brand. I have tried the Sandalwood, Lavender and Rose fragrances for Airwick and liked the Lavender best (my personal preference). The perfume lingers in the air for at-least an hour. Even in windy rooms, the perfume manages to hang in the air for 15 - 20 minutes. While there are compatible fragrances available from Chinese companies, the original Airwick fragrances definitely seem more concentrated in their odour. I just wish that Reckitt Benckiser rapidly expands the product portfolio to include sharper and milder fragrances.
