The only issue I ran into was the dumplings not sealing fully, but that may have been due to the wrappers I used. With the right dough or a little extra moisture on the edges, it would probably seal better. Still a helpful tool for making dumplings at home.

It does take trial and error to learn, but it doesn't take long before you're speeding through dumplings like a fiend. Despite looking flimsy, it hasn't fallen once while working with it, and the scoop spatula has been great for figuring out how much filling to use; A spray of oil and the filling practically falls off it. It also hasn't needed charging after over 200 dumplings.
