Unless they are one of the type of Iris that grow in Florida I wasted my money and my time. I hope that when they saw my address they sent me the right Iris that do well on Florida just planted bulbs hope they grow

**Q: Are this perennials ?**
A: Horticulturist scientist here. Yes iris’s are perennials. Yes they require care. Yes they come back every year. If you live 5-9 zones you can expect this to survive anything below that I wouldn’t expect it.

**Q: I just received my bulbs but there is no direction on planting depth?? How deep should they be planted?**
A: I planted mine so there was three inches of dirt above the tip of the bulb and 5 inches apart

**Q: may these be planted in the beginning of January in zone 8?**
A: I am not sure...I planted mine in November in the year I purchased....they almost immediately sprouted long green vegetation....I thought they would die in then winter.  Instead, they blossomed as scheduled in the summer.  They were hearty and beautiful.

**Q: Can they grow and come back in zone 10?**
A: Not a one game up. Very dried out upon arrival.

I live in Florida I love Iris and ordered I planted and my neighbor told me they are hard to grow in Florida I planted them in pots and some in my beds. Unless they are one of the type of Iris that grow in Florida I wasted my money and my time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wish it came in more color options

I planted the bulbs straight out of the packaging and they have finally come up. Unfortunately 15 of the 40 bulbs did not come up. At least the ones that did, flowered. What I found weird is that all but 2 of the bulbs that flowered were yellow. The 2 others were blue. I wish the other 15 would have come up, but it was still nice to have 25 of the 40.
