They've got a good feel to them, they slide easily thorugh the eyelets and tie nice and securely. They're the perfect length for my 8 hole boots. I did not lace them all the way to the top hole, but stopped one down and I'm very pleased with the fit. The color is nice and bright, standing out briliantly against the black leather.
