## Description

This solar lighting system is ideal for places with no mains electricity such as outhouses, sheds, garages, farms, stables, as well as for camping, travel and any outdoor activities (e.g. for a yurt). The system is fully independent from the grid / AC power source and works purely based on sunlight energy. At daytime the 25W solar panel charges a 12V battery inside the control unit, which then provides power to 4 x 5W 12V LED lights connected via front sockets on the control unit. In addition, there's a standard 5V USB socket for charging mobile phones and USB compatible devices. The control unit has a built-in 12Ah battery with an automatic solar charge controller to manage the charging process and prevent overcharging. 25W solar panel supplied with the system can fully charge this battery within about 4-5 hours of bright sunshine (longer in cloudy weather), and the battery can provide enough energy to power 4 LED lights for continuous 6-7 hours, or twice as long if only two LED lights are connected. The system is very convenient to use and install: the solar panel comes with 10m cable (would suit most installations, as longer length is rarely required), and each LED light comes with 5m cable and an On/Off switch. All cables come with connectors for a quick "plug and play" installation. Review: Brilliant system, fantastic value and idiot proof to install. Don't hesitate, buy it, you will be very impressed. - Purchased this for our club boat house which is a relatively large multi room unit. The building is isolated and sits partly over water which is a very problematic situation requiring special provisions for safety if a normal power supply is installed, however as this is low voltage all those safety issues do not apply. Very easy to install, no electrical knowledge or skills are required. The pre fitted plugs and set cable lengths are a bit limiting for my needs but these are what makes it idiot proof for installing so I can see the reason for them being like they are. The system has been installed now for about 6 months and is better than I could have hoped for. The light output is very good, the building we use it in is not used for long periods so I cannot comment on the run time of the battery as we never get near the limits of the system but the lights are always fully bright. The lamps are LED so are plastic not glass so very tough plus they operate cold so there are no heat / fire issues to worry about when installing them. Overall the system is fantastic, simple to install and use, pretty much maintenance free and should give many years of service, I have no hesitation in recommending it, it is especially useful in the situation we have with a remote building in which we are not easily able to get power to and not permitted to to major changes to because of the lease condition.

Purchased this for our club boat house which is a relatively large multi room unit. The building is isolated and sits partly over water which is a very problematic situation requiring special provisions for safety if a normal power supply is installed, however as this is low voltage all those safety issues do not apply. Very easy to install, no electrical knowledge or skills are required. The pre fitted plugs and set cable lengths are a bit limiting for my needs but these are what makes it idiot proof for installing so I can see the reason for them being like they are. The system has been installed now for about 6 months and is better than I could have hoped for. The light output is very good, the building we use it in is not used for long periods so I cannot comment on the run time of the battery as we never get near the limits of the system but the lights are always fully bright. The lamps are LED so are plastic not glass so very tough plus they operate cold so there are no heat / fire issues to worry about when installing them. Excellent power lighting system. I bought this one for the wife's log cabin and she's really impressed as one light is enough to light up the cabin. My own cabin has the same brand but with a 100w solar panel which has been very reliable for the last 3 years. One reason I chose to buy this product again. Highly recommended.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fairly easy installation

Just finished installing it and all bulbs illuminating so hopefully it'll stay working. I installed it in a steel shed and hung the lights on the support framework using tie wraps and fed the cables through plastic trunking. Not particularly demanding but could have done without the inline switches which meant I had to put the trunking up in more sections than i would have liked. Only time will tell how effective the solar charging goes.
