Best way I found is to use 2 nails only hold lap siding a 12ft section lap siding then remove bracket push cement board against wall and finish nailing lap siding.Somtimes gets stuck behind lap siding bracket to remove from siding take your hammer tap up on bottom bracket and should slip out for you.
