This grinder worked well for the first few days. Then it started constantly clogging, and having a ton of ground coffee sticking to the side of grinder and plugging the chute every time I grind, unless you constantly pump the billows. Now 16 emails, pictures and videos later they still are refusing to to admit that they have a defective machine or to do anything about it. This company clearly doesn't stand behind their product! Do not buy from thus company! Stay away! I contacted the company and it's been a complete run around.
