No damage in shopping because well packed and secured. Fairly clear instructions, but don't skip step 1 which establishes firmly which it top and which is bottom. One of the plastic parts with a nail in it like a tack for the feet was missing. I went through every tiny part of it all and never found it. Since I was working in my living room bare foot, I really wanted to find it, since it would make a wicked hole in a foot. But there are only three and I really hope there are not four and one hiding in plain sight. Swept, went over everything with both hands, checked every part of the packing. Never found a 4th foot tack thingy. Hope it lasts a while. Looks good, clean lines, feels strong enough.
