I had constant complaints about the screen "freezing" for a couple of seconds or going completely blue looking for connection. I had clear line of sight between transmitter and receiver, about 6 feet apart. No reason for drops. Amazon suggested swapping for a new unit, which I did. Within 5 minutes I had the same issue. Using Nyrius Prime in this conference room without issue. I am being charged $38.00 for restocking fee on this unit. Don't waste your time or money, buy another brand. ### ⭐ Excellent video quality *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on February 7, 2019* The picture quality was great... when it was working. After about 2 weeks, it doesn't work at all. The transmitter gets REALLY hot, the picture flickered a lot, even on a PC. Now it is completely dead.
