It works well on the first floor, but the amount of flex when extended to the second floor makes it impossible to use. I cannot set low enough to make it manageable. Using strait isn't too bad, but the flex does make accuracy difficult. One of the fiberglass want parts cracked towards the end the third time I used it because of the flex. It is not only usable out to about 22 feet now. My setup: 3200 PSI power washer, gutter cleaning attachment, tip. Review: Does not connect to normal power washer hose. - Does not connect to my power washer hose.
