I find the non stick coating releases easily, but it doesn't seem quite as sturdy as my Tala Performance tins. So far I've made chocolate brownies and sponge traybakes. The heat distribution seems good, no uneven browning detected. Good chunky handles so easy to lift even with oven gloves on.
