I had some doubts buying this, was thinking this is 'too good to be true', but apparently not. I like my beer but at heart I'm too lazy to get involved in the hard core home brewing process so this seemed like something very achievable for me. The process was easy to follow and allowed for enough individual variation to seem unique. The end result was much better than I expected and far better than many friends home brew I have sampled over the years, but this only took 1 week and I didn't have to buy and clean all the paraphernalia that comes with traditional home brewing. I am buying some more more to keep on hand for parties and to give away as gifts It was so easy and doesn't cause a big mess. Most of my friends love beer, but don't really have the time or space to do home brewing.UPDATE****I noticed some people have a problem/question with the one-time use.... This is what makes it so cool and easy. Everything is pre-sterilized and I didn't have to worry about not doing it right or sterilizing new bottles. Super simple to make. Just follow instructions and you really can't go wrong. Here is some advice for making this better. Let the keg sit and ferment for TWO WEEKS not one. Then refrigerate for 2 weeks. I didn't have high expectations for this, as it is extract brewing. However, the beer turned out excellent. Nicely carbonated, good taste and aroma.
