I love them! They are so detailed and mean-looking. The armor and spikes make them look like demon soldiers, which I think is so cool. They are a soft plastic, kind of like toy soldiers, and very tiny. The scale is perfect for a miniature village. I painted mine, but gthey look good staying all gray too, like gargoyles. Also, just FYI: the three figures are all exactly the same, so no variation.

These are actually smaller than toy soldiers!  A description and size would be very helpful to know exactly what you are getting when you are ordering.  I was expecting something a bit bigger to sit on a coworkers desk.
