I either mix this with my mineral water over ice (it changes the taste but is tolerable) or with diluted juice mixed with powder greens and other supplements. The bottle lasts me several months. I’ve taken some lysine in the past that helps, and some that doesn’t. This works well for me and my routine. It is nasty by itself though, and makes me shudder if I take it directly.
