FA series has a much better tone editing function in realtime (coz its a workstation). you have to work in the EA series to get the tone you want. i personally prefer the FA series for tweaking with a tone and experimenting. EA series is good for solo performances. EA series has almost all the shortcuts of required as a button on the board, with the addition of 7 assignable switches.
