I ordered this as a good luck token for my GF before she took her NCLEX nursing exam.. the foot arrived on time and still decomposing.. the initial smell was so bad no yankee candle could mask. other than minor injuries sustained from stabbing myself on the raw toenails still attached.. I’m happy to report the key chain served its purpose and she is now a RN.
