I really liked the design of this switch really hoped the first one was just unfortunately faulty, however, this one also suffered the same fault, sometimes not switching off without 4 or 5 touches on the plate. On one occasion it actually took 9 touches to turn off. I tried relocating the switch and the relay but I could not rely on it to work every time. So sadly I had to send it back. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for silent operation with a modern look *by N***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 May 2019* We needed a quiet option for turning light on and off in the bathroom (yes it is safe in the uk as long as it is located outside of the wet zones) we had an electrician install it but it is very simple to install.
