Shawn at MAXFEEL was super helpful when I realized I didn't read the product description carefully and ended up needing more fabric for my project. I was concerned about the fabric colors not matching and emailed with my concerns, then ordered more fabric (which is beautiful quality). The day my 2nd package arrived the seller contacted me to make sure I was ok with the match and to let him know if I wasn't, saying that if they didn't match he would help me to get what I needed. Well, there was no discernible differences in the color so we didn't have to take it any further. But still, I was impressed by their customer service and seemingly genuine concern for getting me what I needed, and blown away that they followed up with me before I had a chance to follow up with them. Both packages arrived before their expected arrival window as well. Just all round great service and a very luxurious product to boot.
