    These bagels were not as advertised

These bagels are advertised and labeled as multigrain bagels, but they turned out to be made using plain white bread dough baked into the shape of a bagel.  They had the consistency and texture of plain baked bread, indicating that they were not first boiled or steamed prior to baking, which is the proper way to prepare genuine bagels.  In my opinion this seller is engaged in false advertising, and I would never consider purchasing from them again.

I should have known better than to order bread product via the internet. These were the toughest bagels that I ever sank my teeth into. They were hard to chew and swallow. I tried toasting one and it turned out even worse. I put them in my freezer and no one in my family has touched them.

I must admit I didn't expect them to be this good.  They were regular bagel texture, I toasted them did not eat un-toasted so maybe that was the other reviewers issue.  My family loved them, they all put stuff on their bagels. Even my 20 year old who mostly turns her nose up at my low carb stuff took another one with her when she left, I like mine plain so it was only 4 star to me.  However I made half into a ham and cheese sandwich and it was great.  If you like cream cheese on your bagel you will probably love it.
