After that I started having trouble during my workouts because I couldn't grip the weight bar or pull-up bar very well. The trainer at my gym suggested I get a pair of weight lifting hooks with wrist supports. I was skeptical at first, but after my first workout I was sold. I mainly use these for doing pull-ups. I found that I'm actually able to do more reps because my hands aren't getting fatigued or slipping when I sweat. These are some quality made hooks. The coated metal on them is extremely strong and durable. The hook fits in my hand perfectly and puts it into the proper position. The wrist straps are thickly padded, so there's been no chafing. They're extremely comfortable and my wrists feel completely supported. I'm so glad the trainer told me about these.
