Monoject tips are smaller than the adapter hole and leak when bottle inverted. Need 50 or 100 syringes.** A: I am not familiar with Monoject tips. My vet supplied me with 3ml syringe (or you should be able to use syringe end around that same size - naturally no needle - dose syringe). I do press end in sooooo it is secure. The size 24mm I used for small 50ml bottles and I also used on medium 200ml orange/brown medicine bottles from a pharmacy (bottle size is marked on side of medicine bottles in ML) But I have not used the ones I purchased from amazon yet... I did hold them up and compared - they seem to be the exact same size - everything the same - both packages I have say 24mm. They worked for me. (I needed for liquid seizure medicine purchased from a regular (human) Pharmacy for my dog...) Hope this helps... **Q: Once on a bottle, is that it or are they reuseable? As in can you take them off of one bottle than move it to another?** A: They fit into the neck of the bottle. Once in they can be removed but you would need a small durable hook of some kind to pull them out. **Q: How wide is the syringe hole?** A: It fits the infant syringe tip from infant formula medications. **Q: will this fit a water bottle?** A: No it would be too small I think. But I've never tried fitting it in a water bottle before so I cant answer this with a definate answer.
