The pull-out drawer slides smoothly and holds a good amount, though I can see how it might feel a bit stiffer if overloaded. I also really appreciate the included side hooks, which are great for hanging smaller items and maximizing space. Great deal on the price, fits my items well as the bottom shelf has a tall clearing, keeps under sink items organized, suction cups work well, sliding shelf works smoothly, doesn't look like cheap plastic, but had to remove one star because the shelf bottoms bow inward and does not stand up to weight well. Three bottles of hand soap will make the shelf bottoms bow in the middle and become less sturdy.
