Review: Why didn't I buy this sooner? - Unfortunately my phone is too old/cheap to be fully connected to my hearing aids, but I didn't want to buy a new/more expensive phone just for that. Eventually I got this phone clip and keep asking myself why I didn't do this any sooner! I mainly plan to use it to stream music without having to take out the hearing aids and put in my headphones every time. I love that when I have the volume on low, I can still hear when someone is talking to me and that I can use any setting from my hearing aids to improve the sound. I have yet to find out how long the battery will last, but I look forward to having my own silent disco now whenever I feel like it. Review: Poor manufacturer customer service - Fantastic device but with a few caveats. The pocket clip has a tendency to break after some time, the silver cover can fall off, usually because one of the retaining clips has broken. Mine has just had the usb charging port fall off, making it useless. GN resound is not interested in repairing any of the known issues outside of warranty. My suggestion is to keep it in a pouch around your neck or top pocket to avoid any damage and be very careful with the charging port.
