I didn't even bother to return it *by A***R on October 30, 2015* The camera was awful. It came with a dead battery. I took 2 pictures and had to replace the new one I put in. Also, there was no serial number on the camera or anywhere else. When I loaded the out of date software sent with the camera it locked up while I was installing it as it wanted the camera serial number. I contacted the company, the software company and the seller. No one could assist me. I then had to go buy a better camera. I didn't even bother to return it. I figured that it was my loss for trying to save money. ### ⭐⭐ Drivers are for Windows XP(?) *by B***S on November 8, 2014* I think the drivers are for Windows XP. Tried using the camera with Windows 7 but it was frustrating and didn't work. There's a support webpage with a driver but that didn't work either. I then disassembled the camera and that was pretty okay but overall I can't recommend this to the average user. ### ⭐ Did Not Work *by E***L on February 1, 2014* The camera had no manual to operate it and it only had one button that was to operate many functions listed.
