I want to use 19mm veneered ply to make drawers.** A: I construct drawers from 18mm mdf and these runners are fine if your making them flat on the bottom. **Q: Is there a customer service contact** A: Yes, there is. We ended up buying more. We spoke to them too & exchanged emails as in one order, one of the little orange bits was missing and they sent it immediately. They are a bit fiddly to install so ideally should be done with someone with a certain amount of experience. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value *by S***Y on 25 January 2021* I have previously used a leading suppliers products and thought I would try these as they are about 60% of the price. The orange plastic components area bit flimsy compared with the previous ones but they seem to do the job perfectly well.For those concerned about the complete absence of instructions, I suggest watching the many Youtube videos on installing undermount drawer runners.
