What a difference from normal store bought brown rice. This rice is chewy and and has a nutty flavor which I love. Won't be going back to store bought again. Instructions say to soak rice 30 minutes and then cook. I soaked a little longer and then cooked it but still had water left over. When saving in a container I noticed it's really sticky. Not sure how to fluff the rice to get them to not stick. I would love that restaurant quality style where each piece is separate. Any tips let me know.
