The sheath is beautiful, with a leather belt loop. The knife handle is made of light-colored wood and my hand fits around really nice, good feel! It fits in the sheath snug with the blade not even touching but the handle snugs around the leather very tightly. The blade!!! It's beautiful stainless steel! Thick but not too thick like some other knives. It comes super-sharp! This knife is an excellent all-around knife. Able to butcher and clean an animal, fillet a fish, or just plainly use as a kitchen knife and carve up a steak on the dinner plate. Good knife to travel with! I love it!
