I thought the process of how they gathered and processed the salt was cool. I'm bored with my pink Himalayan salt, can't stand regular iodized salt, have tried other sea salts and been ok with them, and it seemed like a good idea at the time. Happy to say this is really amazing tasting sea salt. 10/10 recommend. It is large salt flakes, so good for crusting things, topping steak fries, probably amazing on a margarita glass rim or if you need a good salt for a slat lick after a shot...anywhere you need a good crunch or taste of salt. I will order again (in fact I just ordered all the other flavored ones except the licorice one - will get that next go round). My only complaint?
