Seriously large. 1 1/2-2" clean sections, about 34 sections per pound with no shredded scrapings. We thawed in a steamer and could have sworn this crab was just broken out of the shell. Moist, great texture, slightly briny and sweet, the definition of fresh. We covered these in lobster bisque and had a nice bite of crab in every spoonful. So good we did the second pound the same way. This was a hidden option to Giovanni's posted dungeness crab meat 2# option for exactly the same price. No muss, no fuss. Paid for the convenience, but oh so good. This was a wonderful treat.

I have ordered this crab four times.....three times for a gift. The crab meat arrives in 2 separate, sealed packages within two business days of the date of order. The crab meat is lovely, clean, and fresh. The recipients of my gifts have been rhapsodic about the seafood and the service, and I have never been anything but delighted with the service. My order arrived right on time as they said it would. The ice packs were still semi frozen and that lovely dungeness crab is delicious. This is a bit pricey but when you are house bound as I, it is an excellent way to go. I highly recommend this Market. Helen Wolff
