It took some searching to find this key piece of information. I wish the user manual that comes in the grip packaging which is well written was available online to download and keep for reference. The item worked fine until while on a boat ride I accidentally knocked the side of the boat. The case cracked and would no longer stay on the phone. Amazon doesn't sell replacement parts. I found the Telesin site and ordered a new case and lens. That was January 3rd 2026. They mailed it to the wrong address, actually sent me a picture of the delivery point. Not my address. I reached out to them and got silly non commital responses. It is now April 5th 2026. Still no order and now they don't respond at all. Stay away from this company they don’t back their product.
