It is a little flimsy when standing on it to reach into cabinets, or dusting upper areas. A couple of times it began to fold back in on its own )one side) without me moving around too much. As I read in another review, it seems like one side hinge does not keep snug, making it seem like it can collapse, so it could be a manufacturing flaw. I will now only use it for a side table for small items in between pool/lawn chairs.
