I did my research and this lock set seemed to be the most value for the cost. The locks and overall product looked well made and packaged, and the description was fair. I was a little hesitant seeing how the seller was new and no one had purchased from them. However I took a chance and bought this product.It is definitely worth the money if you are wanting to learn how to pick locks.The package I received looked exactly like the picture. All of the locks were in excellent condition and looked extremely professional. There are 6 locks in total, however two of the locks are dual sided for a total of 8 locks ready to be picked. Each lock comes with a soft and stretchy plastic cover that reveals the inner workings of each lock. Each lock also comes with a set of two keys, and each of them open their assigned lock perfectly. There is also a guide book which explains the basics of lock picking with many diagrams and is very easy to read.Within 20 minutes of sliding the cover off the first padlock, and with no prior experience, I was able to pick the lock open. The others took quite a bit more time, and with the covers on it becomes quite a challenge.SUMMARY: I have toyed with these locks for the past couple of hours, and I am unable to think of any real negative aspects of this product. I can definitely tell the company "Curious Smith" that designed this product put a lot of effort into making a high quality product. I would HIGHLY recommend this product for ANYONE looking for see through locks in order to get started lock picking.ONLY CON: While writing this review, there was only one con I could think of. Two of the locks are a rarer type of lock and need specialized tools to pick them rather than a standard set of lock picks. However, I am glad they included them as it is nice to see them up close and see the inner workings of them. It might be possible to pick them with standard tools, though very difficult.5/5 Stars: This item is a STEAL for 30ish dollars. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely a good starting point for learning to pick. Would buy again. *by J***. on August 18, 2018* Very well packaged in a dense foam cutaway. Locks are pretty smooth and they are actual locks unlike some other trainers where any key will turn them. All locks are very clear to see the internal action except the US style cylinder lock, because of the round outer wall it causes distortion but that's the nature of the curved surface. If it was made square just for training purposes it would improve the visibility quite a bit. All in all it will be a good start for my daughter to learn how to pick a standard padlock, disc detainer, us and euro cylinder, even a dimple pin. Found a zip up case that the full foam cutaway fits well in so she can keep her locks organized and a pick set in the lid of the case. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Set for Beginners *by M***S on September 9, 2018* This a well-packaged set of 6 transparent locks. There are 3 different pin and tumbler locks which are essential. The padlock is the easiest and gives you the confidence to move on to the other locks.
