They provide you with a lancet to poke your finger,then you have a pipette to gather your blood. Then you put your blood sample in a test tube that has a chemical that you blend your blood with. After that you put the blended sample on an applicator/test strip that determines whether you are gluten intoerant or not. **Q: Can this test be used to determine gluten exposure for non symptomatic celiacs?** A: Sure it is a valid blood text it can show the percentage that is in your body, Mine showed i had 50 percent gluten which is not healthy and you cannot absorb your nutrients as well.
