Look for 'how to clean wooden floors' online, or ask companies that specialise in selling wooden floors. I am aware you can buy sprays to use with specialised wooden floor cleaning tools. **Q: what pads fit fsm 13 1epp** A: Just search the Internet - lots of options. I bought Maddocks microfibres pads. Better than the originals! **Q: Does this come with attachments?** A: No, only the floor cleaner at set level **Q: Can it be used on carpets?** A: In short no, the pad will catch on the carpet I think. It's only meant for hard floors. Having said that, I've used it to steam clean my sofa. The unit is light and this helps to "hover" it over the cushions without catching the fibres. Having consulted 'Which' I bought this. The manufacturer's name is good and it was not too expensive.
