I was not happy when I found metal particles in the ground herb. I was very diligent in following the instructions and made sure the grinder was washed and dried properly. The fact is, I washed it twice with a soft toothbrush in hot soapy water, prior to my first use. I used it 5 times and saw particles each time and noticed that the herb would gunk up around the tines. The pollen screen is a bit dense, so barely any pollen. I am disappointed. The packaging is very professional and attractive. But, I can't take a chance with it. Also, I noticed it had a lot of burrs. The machining is not uniform. I hope you find this helpful.
