Thankfully I watched a You Tube video that cleared up my confusion and the process of making the 'flowers' filled with almonds was actually very quick and easy. Best to get smaller sized almonds, if possible, as bigger ones tend to fall out. Overall I was very happy with these, a lot cheaper to do yourself than purchase somewhere else and they came out really pretty. In each roll you get quite a few.
