Lots of items in the bag. Most people complain about the content being cheap, however the bag alone is worth $30. It's like buy the bag and get the free items. It matches perfectly for my bug out tactical gear. I'm going to replace the trauma shears to get some that are a little sharper/stronger and will be adding a few other things. However, it IS among some of the best stocked medical kits available. The molle straps fits perfectly on my shotgun scabbard, and it's light enough in weight you don't notice the extra weight. I have the black case, and it is just a two-part case that splits in two. Some of the others I've seen (colors) showed a middle mesh pouch.
