Review: Gets rust out! For real. It seriously works. 😊 - I wish I had taken pics. I had a pair of bright white shorts that got splashed with old rusty pipe water from a faucet we were repairing that sat ovee the winter outside. I treated the spots, soaked them, washed them, tried bleach, nothing worked. Got on desertcart, found this stuff. Reviews were mixed but I noticed some were for failure to remove blood, or some other stain. All of the reviews that talked about removing rust were good so I decided to give it a try. I treated the multiple spots, seriously probably 50 from the splash, let it sit, the shorts were still wet I never allowed them to dry, I kept them in a ziplock bag. Anyways checked on them a couple days later and VOILA! Every single trace of the rust stains were gone. The shorts are white and perfect again, good as new. If you're looking for a rust remover, this stuff works, even on white. Ralphie would give it an A+++++++++++++++++++

Stain removal is a chemistry problem and each different class of stain requires different chemistry. That is why Carbona has so many different form factors and formulas. I've been using these for years and they are the undisputed champs. I keep the Food Combo set in my kitchen utility drawer to have on hand for immediate treatment. The way they remove oil, coffee, ketchup is amazing and it will literally make blood DISAPPEAR! (though I don't know about it forensically, so nefarious purchasers, YMMV :P) - but visually its incredible. Follow the instructions on the back of EACH container, each formula sometimes has a slightly different process. They are small and portable with no scent and don't cause any irritation or bothering for me. Overall INCREDIBLE EFFECTIVENESS. I will always stock these in my kitchen and laundry room. 10/10

**Q: Will the ketchup one remove tomato sauce that's been washed and hasn't come up w a regular stain remover?**
A: I haven’t tried ketchup yet, but I would definitely try this stuff. It has proven itself to be a great brand for stain removal for me. What I would do is try this stuff (use a medium firm toothbrush to work the remover into the stain. Rinse & repeat a few times as necessary with hot water all while scrubbing with toothbrush under the stream) and then soak the garment in oxygen powder and hot water. (I always use hot water to remove ANY stain) It is a complete total myth that hot water “sets” stains. I have been able to remove any and all stains with hot water and stain remover for years and years. Just use gloves so your hands don’t hurt from the heat. (And this is all assuming you didn’t put the garment in the dryer because that DOES set the stain)

**Q: does it remove candle wax drops in table cloth?**
A: None of the solutions claim that it does. But you can put two absorbent cloths between the tablecloth and iron the candle wax into the absorbent cloth to help remove the candle wax. I’m sure there’s a YouTube video on how to do this if you want to watch how it’s done. Piping hot water and possibly Dawn dish liquid scrubbed in with a toothbrush after you do that should get the rest. Wear heavy-duty rubber gloves to protect your hands from the heat.

**Q: Does this work on upholstery stains?**
A: I honestly don’t know, as I’ve never tried the products on upholstery. They work magic on most clothing though. I have the entire set of 9 and have never found a better stain removing product. I have used Shout Wipes on our Ethan Allen fabric-upholstered sofa & it removed a coffee stain.

**Q: Will this remove mascara and fountation?**
A: They are pretty specific for what they remove. I don’t see it saying anything on mascara, but if you know what the ingredient is - one of them most definitely should work. What is your main concern? Oils, I would try the fats and oils Carbona. Before Carbona I lost so many fave’s to fat and oil stains and typically not even had them too long. This was a game changer and I even got a white hoodie now.

It really does what it's supposed to. If we ever get a blood stain on an article of clothing or on a towel, doesn't matter even if it's white, it does get the stain out.
