To check it's quality, I worked out on it the same evening itself. Gotta say that, for this low of a price, the mat is a good catch.It's neither too rigid or nor too soft, and it's easy on the backs when working out.One small complaint is that, it gets dust and dirt on it too quickly, so it's advisable that you use a long towel along with the mat. Then again, it's made of foam and rubber, so it's easily washable.
